Bath is one of the oldest fire stations in Avon Fire & Rescue Service and was built in 1938. The fire station is due to be rebuilt, making a significant step towards modernising the facility to meet the demands of contemporary firefighting.
The station is crewed 24/7 by wholetime and on-call firefighters.
The station is home to three fire engines, an animal rescue vehicle, water rescue equipment including a boat and a turn table ladder.
