Yatton Fire Station

Yatton Fire Station was built in 1972 crewed by on-call firefighters comprising of local community members who respond on an “alerter” system, from either their home or workplace, within five minutes.

The station has:

• One fire engine (a water tender ladder appliance)
• One dual response vehicle, shared with other fire stations such as Winscombe

In 2024, Yatton Fire Stations responded to over 180 calls, varying from fires to special service calls, such as assisting our colleagues in the ambulance or police service.
