M5 Northbound, Junction 18-19.

Crews from Avonmouth, Portishead, Patchway, Pill and Southmead were called to reports of a lorry fire at 14:51 on the M5 Junction 18-19.

Upon arrival, crews located a fire on a HGV trailer.

Crews used four breathing apparatus, two high pressure hose reel, one thermal imaging camera, one extension ladder and cutting gear to extinguish the fire.  Two lanes have been reopened on the motorway (Northbound).
