Senior leader driving inclusion and culture change, shaping EDI strategy, advising stakeholders, ensuring compliance, and embedding inclusive practices to enhance workforce wellbeing, performance, and organisational impact.
This senior role leads the development and delivery of our Inclusion and Culture Change agenda, driving forward equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI) across the Service. Working closely with senior leaders and key stakeholders, the postholder will shape and implement the People, Culture and Leadership Strategy, ensuring alignment with organisational priorities and community risk objectives.
As a subject matter expert, the role provides strategic advice, ensures compliance with relevant legislation, and embeds inclusive practices across all programmes and policies. It also involves leading a specialist team, using data and insight to inform continuous improvement, and fostering a positive, inclusive workplace culture that supports both workforce wellbeing and organisational performance.
