Procurement and credit card transactions

In response to the Local Government Transparency Code 2015, we will provided financial transparency by making all our spending information on Government Procurement Cards publicly available online.

For each procurement card transaction the following details will be published:

  • date of the transaction
  • local authority department which incurred the expenditure
  • beneficiary
  • amount
  • Value Added Tax that cannot be recovered
  • summary of the purpose of the expenditure, and
  • merchant category
