Fire in flat involving saucepan

Hayward Road, Staple Hill

Crews from Kingswood and Temple fire stations were called to a small fire in the first floor of a private flat involving a sauce pan.

The fire was out on arrival and attending crews found that all persons were accounted for, before completing a home fire safety visit at the property. 

The cause of the fire is thought to be accidental.
