One man rescued from Falfield collision

A38 Falfield, Thornbury

One man had to be rescued from his car by firefighters following a collision involving a second vehicle.

Fire crews from Thornbury and Avonmouth joined the police and ambulance service at the scene of the incident. The A38 was closed while crews used hydraulic cutting equipment to free the man from his car.

Once freed he was taken to hospital by ambulance.
