Woman rescued from RTC near Bath

A46 near Dyrham

A woman was rescued by firefighters after she became trapped in her car during a road traffic collision.

The incident involved a flatbed transporter lorry, a van and the Ford Fiesta, which the female was driving.

Firefighters worked with paramedics to free the woman, using hydraulic cutting equipment. She was assisted on to a stretcher and taken to hospital with head and pelvic injuries.
