Crews extinguish bin fire

Crews from Weston-super-Mare were called ot reports of a rubbish bin on fire at 06:47.

On arrival, crews found one wheelie bin on fire.

Crews used one hose reel jet, drag fork and small gear to extinguish the fire.

The cause of the incident is thought to have been deliberate ignition.

About 400 people a year die in accidental fires in the home.
