Crews mobilised to fire in Avonmouth

We were called at 20:59 to a fire in a large warehouse in Avonmouth.

Crews from Avonmouth, Southmead, Patchway, Pill, Kingswood, Portishead and Temple were in attendance.

Firefighters using breathing apparatus used four 45ml jets to extinguish the fire.

Crews used thermal imaging camera to ensure there were no further hotspots. All fire engines left the scene early this morning at 03:04.

The cause of the fire is thought to be accidental ignition.
