Boiler fire leads to call out for crews

Firefighters we called after an oil boiler caught fire at a house.

The service was alerted after flames were seen coming from the unit in a kitchen. Three people were in the house at the time of the fire, but all managed to escape safely.

Firefighters in breathing apparatus used a high pressure hose reel before ventilating the property. The fire, which started accidentally, caused limited damage.
