Crews called to rubbish fire in Avonmouth.

On 6 September at 8:11 pm, crews from Avonmouth, Portishead, Bedminster, and Kingswood were called to reports of a rubbish fire on Kings Weston Lane, Avonmouth. The crews extinguished the fire using two 45mm jets and a high-pressure hose reel. One firefighter wore a breathing apparatus. The cause of the fire is thought to be accidental ignition.
