Crews called to bonfire

One crew of firefighters from Radstock were called to reports of a large amount of tree cutting alight.

On arrival, the crew found a large amound of tree cuttings alight. Firefighters used one high pressure hose reel to extinguish the blaze.

The cause of the fire is thought to be deliberate.

On average 1,400 fires per year occur in caravans.
