Crew attends vehicle fire

Nelson Ward Drive, Radstock

A crew from Radstock were called to reports of a vehicle fire at 21:23.

On arrival, firefighters found one car well alight. With one firefighter wearing breathing apparatus, the crew were able to extinguish the fire using two high pressure hose reels. Also in use were two thermal imaging cameras to check that the fire was full extinguished. 

The cause of the incident was determined to have been deliberate ignition.
