Crews attend vehicle fire

Crews from Bath were called to reports of a vehicle fire at 17:51.

On arrival, crews found one vehicle well alight.

Using one breathing apparatus, two hose reels and a hydraulic spreader, crews were able to extinguish the fire.

The cause of the incident was determined to have been accidental ignition.

6,000 fires a year are caused by children under the age of 10.
