Crews assist Devon and Somerset with cow rescue

Crews from Bath fire station were called to assist Devon and Somerset fire and rescue service with the rescue of a cow.

On arrival, firefighters used an animal sling and on site machinery to rescue the calf, which was returned to the herd.

More than half of all fires in the home are caused by cooking accidents.
