Firework safety tips

Your best bet is always to go to a properly organised display, but if you do decide to celebrate at home I've come up with some easy tips to follow.

  • Always wear gloves when using sparklers, and put them in a bucket of water afterwards.
  • Never play with fireworks.
  • Stand well back.
  • Always be with an adult.
  • Keep pets indoors.

So, celebrate safely, always follow the Firework Code and have a ‘Totally Brill’ Bonfire Night!

Don't forget your gloves
