22.03 Marksbury Road, Bedminster.
A man suffered injuries to his face, chest and
legs after a car he was travelling in collided with a street light
and landed in a wall.
Two females, thought to be the driver and a rear passenger, managed
to escape from the vehicle before fire and ambulance crews arrived
on the scene.
Firefighters used hydraulic cutting equipment to remove the
passenger door of the vehicle, enabling paramedics to treat the
casualty. He was then carried out of the car on a spinal
board.
The three were taken to hospital by
ambulance.
