A man has been taken to hospital by air ambulance after his leg
became trapped in farm machinery.
When fireifghters arrived they found the 70-year-old with his
foot stuck in a potato harvester.
Using hydraulic spreading equipment and an angle-grinder crews
removed the rollers of the machine and managed to free the man.
He suffered crush injuries to his left foot and leg, but his
injuries are not thought to be life-threatening.
