Dog rescued after quarry fall

A Husky dog, called Swift, had to be rescued after falling 45 feet from the edge of a quarry. On arrival crews located the animal, who had been missing all day after running off from its owner.

The rope rescue team used a sling to winch the animal to safety. It suffered a broken leg and hip in the fall and needed to be treated by a vet
