Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order
2005 (RRFSO)
The above regulations came into force on the
1 October 2006.
The RRFSO requires the
person who has some control over a premises to carry out a
fire safety risk assessment. Further information can be found on

Communities and Local Government (CLG) has
produced this site which, among other things, explains the criteria
of the RRFSO and its implications. Along with information and
guidance on how to comply to them.
