Throughout April, Avon Fire & Rescue Service
(AF&RS) carried out a major survey of its communities
- to ask them what is important about their local fire and rescue
service.
Questions included how quickly the service responds in an
emergency, how much the fire and rescue service costs and how well
we work with partner agencies.
The results are now in and you can view them here

The findings will help AF&RS prepare for the
Audit
Commission's new audit programme of Comprehensive Area
Assessment (CAA) and will feed into the Integrated
Risk Management Plans to shape the future of
AF&RS.
