If you are a member of the media, you can contact our Media & Communication Team by calling 0117 926 2061 and asking to speak to the press office.

Charges for information

All the information on our website is available free of charge. If you request further information that we do not publish as a matter of routine and we are able to provide this under the terms of the Freedom of Information Act, we can make a charge for providing the information. The Freedom of Information guidance suggests that any request that is likely to take over 18 hours to process may be charged for and, if this is the case, we will contact you prior to processing the request to discuss the options before incurring any processing fee.
