This plan sets out our vision for the next three years and explains
what preventing, protecting and responding mean in practice. It
shows how we work with partners, public and staff through
consultation, with a commitment to fairness and equality.
Integrated Risk Management Plan Year 5

The Integrated Risk Management Plan (IRMP) sets out the major
changes that we will be introducing over the next year to help make
Avon safer. These include: new ways of providing our services to
those that need them most; introducing new equipment and crewing
arrangements at some stations; and reviewing staff training
arrangements.
Best Value Report 2007/08 (PDF 542kb,

The Best Value Report feeds into the Corporate Plan, and in turn
the IRMP. It tells us where we did well and where we need to
improve in the next year. It does this by looking at our
performance targets from the previous year.
