You can use simple online forms to:

• make a comment on our service; you can also use this form for general enquiries
  
  
• pay a compliment to a member of staff, a watch or team, or the service you have received from us;
  
  
• make a complaint;
  
  
• make a request under the Freedom of Information act; or 
  
  
• give us feedback about this website and help us improve the site for you.
  
  
• If you have had a fire or another incident we attended you can request an Incident Report; these are free.

We do our best to reply within 10 days to comments, compliments and complaints, and 20 working days for Freedom of Information requests. However, if your query requires a more urgent response then please call us on the number below.
