It must be something to do with the values of the fire service, but
at Avon Fire & Rescue Service many of our staff are dedicated
to raising money for charity. They take part in a
wide array of fundraising challenges, ranging from driving a
Landrover over 4,000 miles on cooking oil, to cycling, canoeing and
running across The Gambia.
Much of the fundraising is for GAFSIP - Gambia and Avon
Fire Service in Partnership but there are other charity's close
to Avon Fire & Rescue Service's heart, including the
